infraNET Core Values

In Uncategorized by Patrick Steil

What are the core values we try to live by? What types people do we employ? What types of clients do we want to work with? We aren’t perfect, but these are our guiding principles that we try to live up to daily. We follow these core values so that the projects we do for our clients will be as successful as possible.

Above all else, we try to be honest. If we make a mistake we will let you know. If your project is heading the wrong direction, we will tell you. We try to give honest quotes and let you know when something is “out of scope” so you can make the business decisions you need to make.

We won’t tell you something can be done unless we honestly believe we can get it done. We try not to over promise dates or costs. In fact, we try to under promise and over deliver. We know things always take longer than everyone thinks and we try to factor that in.

Get ‘er Done Work Ethic

We are hard working. If you want to try and hit an aggressive goal, we will work hard to make it happen. If it means waking up at 4am, we will do it. If it means working some weekends, we will do it.

Continual Improvement

We are always trying to improve everything we do. From gaining new skills, to adopting new strategies to make sure mistakes don’t happen in the future. We are always growing and improving.

We attempt to communicate and document everything we can so that you can make the proper business decisions for your project.

Done the Right Way the First Time

If it is worth doing, it is worth doing right the first time. Shortcuts almost never save time and money. They almost always cause more pain, delays, reworking, technical debt, etc.

We have the utmost respect for our team and our clients. Because of this respect, we will do our best to live up to these core values. We only work with seasoned experts who bring you value. We will gain your trust so that you will respect our guidance and recommendations.
